Long and elegant on the palate. Excellent balance between acidity and unctuousness that envelopes the palate with a slightlysweet touch and a smooth, delicate finish.

Soil: mostly limestone, loams and clays
Terrain: valleys with SW/NE Prebaetic System corridors transitioning between the Manchegan and Levantine landscapes
