Ageing: 18 months in American and French Oak
Tasting Notes: Ruby red colour with brick red highlights. Ripe fruits with well integrated spicy aromas and toasted notes. Velvety texture, refreshing, very ripe fruit flavours with toasted notes.

Food Pairings: Meat with peppers, all sorts of sausages , salami, etc... Game, Roast and stewed lamb dishes, chicken stew.
