Treixadura y godello remain with their lees for 2 months with batonnage once a week/ albariño, treixadura y godello, 12 months in stainless steel tank.

Manuel harvest. Destemmed process and cold maceration for 8 hour (8oc) Pressing procedure. Controlled fermentation in stainless Steel ageing on lees separately treixadura and godello from albariño.

Fresh and unctuosness with slight citrus hints in the aftertaste and good acidity..
