Year characterized by the persistence of high temperaturas and the absence of rainfalls (Rainy and mild Spring. Hot Summer. In September there were some rainfalls before the harvest which helped the optimization of the vineyards).

Selected bunches are hand-picked during the harvest. Gently destemmed. Grapes undergoes a long pressing process, obtaining a low production of must. During 3 months, it remains on gross lees and then 6 months on its fine lees. Controlled fermentation in stainless steel and aged for 6 months in French oak barrel used four times. The wine was bottled on 10th. August 2017 (flower day)

White flowers, Stone fruit. It reminds the delicate ageing with smoky scents.
